One price for the whole job, agreed before we start. It depends on what the system has to do, not on how long we take. Anything you add later gets its own price. After that, a monthly fee keeps it running.
How long does it take?
Usually a matter of weeks. How fast depends on how quickly answers and access come from your side, so we agree the plan together and keep you posted. We only come to you when something needs your decision.
Do we have to change how we work?
No. Your people keep working as they do now, in the programs they already use. Nothing new to buy, nothing to install, nobody to hire.
What if something goes wrong?
It stops on its own, and you have a switch that stops it too. We fix it, and fixes are covered by the monthly fee.
What if we want to stop?
Then you stop. The monthly fee ends, the system switches off, and your records stay where they always were.
