These terms cover the mion.lv website. They do not cover paid work. Any engagement with Mion is governed by the written contract signed for it, and where that contract and this page disagree, the contract wins.

Who runs this site

Mion is the trading name of Kristians Lukass Kulbergs, a self-employed trader (saimnieciskās darbības veicējs) registered with the Latvian State Revenue Service (VID). Registered address: Raņķa dambis 34, Riga, LV-1048, Latvia. Contact: mion@mion.lv.

What this site is

It describes what Mion builds and shows numbers from delivered work. It is information, not an offer. Sending the questionnaire, or an email, does not create a contract and does not oblige Mion to take on the work.

The numbers on this site

Every figure published here comes from systems Mion actually built and is accurate as of the date it was published. Results described for one client are not a promise of the same results for another. Nothing on this page is a guarantee of performance.

Confidentiality of clients

Clients are described without being named unless they have agreed to be named.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code, diagrams, and the Mion name and mark on this site belong to Mion. You are welcome to quote or link to this site with attribution. Republishing it as your own, or reusing the design, is not permitted.

Availability and liability

This site is provided as it is. Mion does not promise it will be reachable at all times or free of errors, and is not liable for loss arising from using it or being unable to reach it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Latvian law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

Governing law

Latvian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
